“My 3 sisters and I vacationed in Wells for four days. We started to hear a squealing sound from the left rear tire. I pulled into a station in Kennebunk at 4:30 PM, the young gentleman took a look and said it was my rear brakes. He didn’t have the part or the time to do it the next day, he was kind enough to give us two Places, one in Wells who I called first. I would have to leave the car the next day for the whole day. And, I forgot to mention, we were going home the next day. I called Mark and told him the situation. He took the car information and told me to have at his shop by 8:30 AM the next day. I was relieved that someone would look at it and hopefully repair. I arrived the next morning with my three sisters in tow and the car packed to the top. He told me to leave the keys, go across the street for coffee and he would call me when he knew exactly what was wrong. Fifteen minutes later he called and said I needed rear brakes, the front were fine. I told him to go ahead and do it. The car was ready for 10:30 and we were happily in the road with time to spare to shop. We figured we would be there until at least noon. I cannot thank MARK enough for taking the car on short notice and an emergency. He was extremely professional and got the job done. THANK YOU SO MYCH! The girls from CT.”
