“Some rust issues on my Subaru had my muffler all but falling off. I figured I'd need to drive the super loud thing over there to get a quote, but turns out with a VIN or license plate #, they were able to text me a quote over the phone, which was so amazing as I didn't have a lot of time to bring it over.I set up my appointment via text as well, and it was about 10 or so days out, but it didn't even take them half the day to finish the work, and best of all, they realized I didn't need a certain part installed so the cost ended up being significantly less than what they quoted originally. If that isn't evidence of a very honest operation, I don't know what is. Highly recommend Twin City!”

“I took my 2013 Ram to Byron's to diagnose and make appropriate repairs to fix an unusual noise emanating from under the hood. Vanessa had her technician road test, inspect the engine, and provide an opinion as to what the cause of the noise was. She gave me an estimate of what the scope of the repair would be as well as what it would cost. I also asked for a cost estimate for a few other maintenance items, which she promptly provided. I told her to proceed with the work based on the costs she had given and we agreed on the window of time needed. The work was completed as discussed and she was able to come in slightly under her estimated cost. I will certainly return to Byron's for any future work needed.Service: Exhaust”

I was so impressed, I had him replace my pressure tank with a bigger one in 2018 I am very mechanically including and always do my own home repairs . “I will say that Sullivan tire out of Biddeford has a customer for life, from big Joe and I am sorry I don’t remember the other guy up front’s name, also the mechanics, are upfront with you about what’s wrong with your car to the pricing, they are so honest and they stand by there work, I had bearings replaced and they failed within 8 months, they replaced the bearings at no charge to me, could I have found someone cheaper sure but I look at how they treat there customers and how they stand behind there work, that means the world to me, so thank you guys I am sure I will see you again.”

“When I was growing I never once questioned my mother's income or my father's!! it was never a discussion. We ate homemade meals consisting of meat, potatoes, and vegetables - (which were not an optional choice). , dessert once in awhile !!! We grew up during a time when we mowed lawns, pulled weeds, babysat, and helped neighbors with chores. We by no means were given everything we wanted. We went outside a lot to play, run with friends, play hide and seek or went bike riding. We rarely just sat inside. Bottled water was unheard of. If we had a Coke, it was in a glass bottle, and we didn’t break the bottle when finished, it had a deposit and had to be redeemed. We saved it . After school, we came home and did homework and chores, before going outside or having friends over. We would play for hours.We had to tell our parents where we were going, who we were going with, and be home before dark, or when the streetlights came on.You LEARNED from your parents instead of disrespecting them and treating them as if they knew absolutely nothing. What they said was LAW and you did not question it and you had better know it! We watched what we said around our elders and neighbors because we knew if we DISRESPECTED any grown-up, we would get a real telling off or whooping, it wasn't called abuse, it was called discipline! We held doors, carried the shopping, and gave up our seat for an older person without being asked.You didn't hear swear words on the radio in songs or on TV.“Please and Thank you", were part of our daily vocabulary!The world we live in now is just so full of people who hate and disrespect others.Consider Re-posting if you're thankful for your childhood. I will never forget where I came from and only wish children and people nowadays had half the chance at the fun and respect for real life we grew up with! And we were never bored. “It's interesting to me to see multiple negative reviews about communicating. We found the sticker station/Jim autos a bit over a year ago....and have never had a bad experience with them.Mike is always pleasant, upfront and honest. This last time he initially told us it would be a week or so to get the part in and get the car back on the road... later that day we got a call they found the part somewhere else and could get it sooner. Told us it would bebready Friday by close and Thursday afternoon we got the call it was ready.He more then willing to call both my husband and I to explain what's going on. If I bring one of the cars in but something is up he takes the time to explained it or write it down. Takes pictures and or will call my husband.Prices are fair.If you got this far your probably saying well if they have used them a few times in a year how good can they be. He has done work on 2 of our cars over the year and my car is a 2012 with over 170,000 miles on it and I do homecare in Maine it takes a beating. Not an easy car to work on. Many people won't touch it anymore cause nothing goes as planned. It's been a break line issues they repaired and most recently a front end alignment thing. Then a few other small things over the year.I love I called Mike Monday at 4 and 8 am Friday I am back on the road in a smooth running car...Thank you!!!!”
