“I took my 2013 Ram to Byron's to diagnose and make appropriate repairs to fix an unusual noise emanating from under the hood. Vanessa had her technician road test, inspect the engine, and provide an opinion as to what the cause of the noise was. She gave me an estimate of what the scope of the repair would be as well as what it would cost. I also asked for a cost estimate for a few other maintenance items, which she promptly provided. I told her to proceed with the work based on the costs she had given and we agreed on the window of time needed. The work was completed as discussed and she was able to come in slightly under her estimated cost. I will certainly return to Byron's for any future work needed.Service: Exhaust”

“It's interesting to me to see multiple negative reviews about communicating. We found the sticker station/Jim autos a bit over a year ago....and have never had a bad experience with them.Mike is always pleasant, upfront and honest. This last time he initially told us it would be a week or so to get the part in and get the car back on the road... later that day we got a call they found the part somewhere else and could get it sooner. Told us it would bebready Friday by close and Thursday afternoon we got the call it was ready.He more then willing to call both my husband and I to explain what's going on. If I bring one of the cars in but something is up he takes the time to explained it or write it down. Takes pictures and or will call my husband.Prices are fair.If you got this far your probably saying well if they have used them a few times in a year how good can they be. He has done work on 2 of our cars over the year and my car is a 2012 with over 170,000 miles on it and I do homecare in Maine it takes a beating. Not an easy car to work on. Many people won't touch it anymore cause nothing goes as planned. It's been a break line issues they repaired and most recently a front end alignment thing. Then a few other small things over the year.I love I called Mike Monday at 4 and 8 am Friday I am back on the road in a smooth running car...Thank you!!!!”
