I am 73 and I am devoid of how to fix these problems. He was respectful which is rare today. I will go to that store and deal with Quinton. He is the manager which was a great choice by AT&T on their part.”

I worked in digital technology, proprietary hardware and software, from 1984 until I recently retired. To be able to find this type of exemplary service, competence, prompt completion and return.. ... and doing so while exceeding all expectations is rare and hard to find anywhere. To be able to find this in Baton Rouge? ...well, don't hold your breath.I rarely feel compelled to go write a review for any purchase or service experiences but Wise Communications is one of these rare places that truly delivers your money's worth and more.. This small store on S. Sherwood Forrest, not more than a couple of blocks from the I-12 exit is a vital asset to our community and I will reference and recommend them at every possible opportunity. “I went to the ATT store on Sherwood across from Piccadilly. The entire encounter was great. This young yellow guy (light skinned with short dreads) was helpful. I apologize but I don't remember his name. He was helpful, showed interest in his job, spoke highly of ATT, and offered products. I couldn't believe how great the service was because there's was times I literally hated this particular store. If he remains at this location I am sure the reviews will improve. I hate that I forgot his name.”

“I changed my cell service from AT&T to Cricket Wireless. I love the plan and saved $50 a month plus free HBO.I tried changing online but not successful! Decided to visit Siegen Lane outlet. I had the pleasure to meet this amazing young man Joshua Bennie. What a impressive young man!He was so polite and very professional. Joshua spent over two hours trying to get my transfer pin from AT&T. They gave me the runaround that my account did not exist! They kept switching me to approximately six different operator's during this endeavor! The kept insisting I had Direct TV! Operator's gave me three different account numbers during this ordeal! Joshua was so calm and handled entire problem with ease and control! Bottom line over two hours later, he finally made it happen!I have been with AT&T for 45 years and was not willing for me to cancel!I felt they thought I would give up cancelation because of all the hassle they gave me and Joshua! Shame on AT&T! I did not give up and finally got pin transfer and I knew my correct account number, my invoice was with me from AT&T!!So much frustration but Joshua handled with such eas!I would like to acknowledge this young man "Joshua Bennie "!! He went above the call of duty to help me out while still handing other customers in the store! I consider Joshua Bennie an asset to the Cricket Wireless family! Please acknowledge this young man! He made such an impression on me and touched my heart with his sincerity and such empathy for others! Hats off to you my new dear friend! “I had solutions-oriented customer service in this store and I shall return. On November 21, Austin patiently worked for well over two hours until my problem was finally solved. He persevered over and over again; stayed on hold with tech support for an eternity, and refused to give up until my SIM card issue was resolved. I also observed another staff member, Gabriel, interact with several customers, helping them with their purchases, writing information down, informing them about promotions, taking the time to answer their questions, and ensuring they secured effective service at the best rate. I decided to return on November 30 to take advantage of a promotion I’d heard Gabriel mention and purchase a second wearable. This time I was helped by PJ (Preston), a very kind personable young man who took the time to explain the promotion, answer my questions, and make sure I was well taken care of. Good looking out gentlemen!! It means so much when you value your customers and make their experiences meaningful like mine was! No “half-assing” at all going on here. Thank you all so much ❤️”

Going to the AT&T website was totally useless so I called AT&T and spent 20 minutes talking with their AI idiots which solved nothing. “Huge shout out to Lorena Rodrigues, and Milii Anderson they are excellent employees that went above and beyond to help me fix my phone that froze up after updating. I thought I lost everything and was very upset especially because I have all of my late parents voicemails saved. The process took a good bit of time and Lorena was not giving up, she was so patient and finally was able to fix it, and did not lose anything ? They worked as a team Lorena was helping me and Milii was helping customers as well as helping Lorena between customers. They both rock! ?”
