Great atmosphere there. Never have I had such a good experience at a cell phone retail store ? (especially considering the challenge we created for ourselves) and I might add the price is right ?”

“The store's selection was fantastic; more than the average location. Their action figures, accessories, and video games were well stocked and organized. The layout of the store was organic and did not seem unencumbered.The missing one star comes from customer service. I was present in the store for more than 15 minutes, shopping on my own in an empty store, and I was not approached by the employee on staff or even greeted for that matter when I first walked in. I am very used to my local Gamestop being borderline obnoxious with their customer service/greetings and I can usually find everything pretty well on my own, but in an age where personal shopping is being snuffed out by internet shopping, a personal touch is imperative for the success of a retail shop.However, in their defense, this review is only based upon one visit, so take these words with a grain of salt. You never know what life lessons may come from an interaction, so don't short yourself by ignoring those experiences.Two cents added.”

“I changed my cell service from AT&T to Cricket Wireless. I love the plan and saved $50 a month plus free HBO.I tried changing online but not successful! Decided to visit Siegen Lane outlet. I had the pleasure to meet this amazing young man Joshua Bennie. What a impressive young man!He was so polite and very professional. Joshua spent over two hours trying to get my transfer pin from AT&T. They gave me the runaround that my account did not exist! They kept switching me to approximately six different operator's during this endeavor! The kept insisting I had Direct TV! Operator's gave me three different account numbers during this ordeal! Joshua was so calm and handled entire problem with ease and control! Bottom line over two hours later, he finally made it happen!I have been with AT&T for 45 years and was not willing for me to cancel!I felt they thought I would give up cancelation because of all the hassle they gave me and Joshua! Shame on AT&T! I did not give up and finally got pin transfer and I knew my correct account number, my invoice was with me from AT&T!!So much frustration but Joshua handled with such eas!I would like to acknowledge this young man "Joshua Bennie "!! He went above the call of duty to help me out while still handing other customers in the store! I consider Joshua Bennie an asset to the Cricket Wireless family! Please acknowledge this young man! He made such an impression on me and touched my heart with his sincerity and such empathy for others! Hats off to you my new dear friend! “My favorite grocery store! And my daughters' favorite place for skincare, especially since they have a mini Ulta in there now. We've used the Target debit card for years so always get 5% off every purchase. I find the employees are very helpful. I do find that since their online ordering has picked up tremendously over the years, their customer service area inside is a little slower. Is what it is I guess because their app and online ordering is the best! As one of my girls puts it, "I could live at Super Target." All the food one could need, comfy places to use for sleeping in the home goods area, books, skincare, etc!”

“Today I stopped in this store to see if they could replace my phone screen protector, as mine had cracked. The representatives were all friendly and helped me right away. The guy that helped me was very kind and went above and beyond. He even told me that I wasn’t signed up for the student discount (which I was completely unaware of) and that I needed to sign up for it so that I could save on my monthly bill! As a newbie to the area, the representatives also recommended some things to see and do on top of fixing my phone screen. I felt very welcomed and their customer service was wonderful! Thank you!”
