“I don’t write a lot of reviews but felt I needed to write one for some very good customer service, which you don’t find a lot these days. I took my daughter to the Walmart Supercenter to in Prairieville to look for some jeans. She picked out a few but she needed to try them on. I asked the associate working nearby if she could open the dressing room so the jeans could be tried on. She said the dressing rooms weren’t ready to be opened yet, and I didn’t know what she meant. But then remembered that this location was in the process of being renovated. She said I’m not supposed to do this, but she took me and my daughter to the back to where the family restroom was and let her try them on in there. I thought that was really nice because she could’ve easily said the dressing rooms aren’t open yet and left it at that. Thank you Kami for your help and saving me the hassle of going Home to find out the jeans didn’t fit and going through the process of returning them.”

“I had a great experience today with my Walmart Grocery Pickup order! I have had some not pleasant experiences in the past at other locations so I decided to give this one a try. When I arrived there was only one car before me. I waited less than 5 minutes before Mr Ron brought my order out. He was super friendly and speedy. My kids enjoyed chatting with him also. I was gone in less than 15 minutes total. I got home and checked my items everything was exactly right, nothing missing. All the fruit and veggies were nice and fresh as if I had picked them out myself. I will definitely be using this location for my grocery pickups from now on. 5 stars for Mr Ron!!!”

“OK. You all are probably wondering why I gave this Wal-Mart five stars. I will tell you why. I frequent this Walmart a lot in the last year that I have lived in Prairieville and I frequently it's usually after 8 PM at night. The staff that is there when I go in is not your typical Wal-Mart staff. and these individuals are extremely friendly, helpful, and genuine people. I can be walking down any aisle of the store and when I come in contact with a staff member they always say "hi there nice to see you again. is there anything I can help you with". Whoever is doing the hiring on the night shift at this Walmart in Prairieville is doing a fantastic job with their hiring techniques and their retention policies. Because it's been almost a year in the same individuals are still there. I would list names, but I do not have their permission to post their names on this post because I haven't asked them so I'm not going to. That's why I go to this Walmart and do this Walmart only in the greater Baton Rouge area. I go there for the level of service I get from the people that are working for them at night. I've had some of the best conversations with people that has worked at this Walmart. I recommend this Walmart to each and every person that reads this post.”
