“I had a great experience at the AT&T store in Plaquemine. Derrick, Ariel, and Kirstin were very helpful and provided excellent customer service. Even though there were no chairs for customers, their outstanding assistance made up for it. I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of AT&T services.”

“This was the second store I went to that day to try and upgrade my phone. Kizer Wilkinsat Was attentive and helpful throughout the whole process, even laughed and joked and talked about different tech things while we waited for my phone. I was very insistent about enrolling in the next up because the past 3 phone upgrades the tech would forget to enroll, but I just mentioned it and he handled it and enrolled me. It’s a 35 minute drive from my house, but I would still come back just to get him to help me.”

“Mine and my kid's phones got cut off late in the afternoon one day due to personal reasons relating to my divorce. I went into this location 30 min before closing frantically looking to start new service, so we had a way to communicate.As soon as I went in, everyone was very friendly to me and very helpful.The guy that helped me was amazing.He was very patient and never made me feel like I was a bother or like he had to rush. That meant a lot to me, being that I was already so stressed out. He helped me pick out a phone that I really liked and made sure I got the right service for what I needed. And he was there with me over an hour past closing during the transfer from my old phone to my new one. Not once did this man seem irritated. He also made sure i knew about all of the promotions going on while still being very understanding of the things I told him about my financial situation. I'm now a Verizon wireless customer for life and will also be a loyal customer to the Verizon wireless location in Port Allen. Thank yall so much for giving me such a wonderful experience. “It use to be great now it's ok. They use to have these three young ladies there.They all had a weird names and spoke Spanish. They were all Puerto Rican I believe. One was like Izra she had curly hair and the other had an Asian name that started with a T. I can never pronounce it, I jus called her Tammy. The other had Red hair, she was a sassy. They use to help me with so much with my phones, And never felt like they were just selling stuff to me to make their commission. Those 3 were very friendly. The new employees are nice but they Don't really have that same patience those 3 ladies did. Man I use to give them hell with my issues. I hope they are all doing well.”
