“The pharmacist, Jessica, and her team were absolutely amazing. My boyfriend went to 2 other major competitors for what should have been a simple refill and it took nearly a week for them to finally get somewhere and then they sold out of the medication he needed. Jessica and his team worked on the issue until they got not one, but TWO of the critical medications for him filled and covered on his insurance. I wish I could remember everyone's names, but I do remember Ms. Karen. She is so sweet, and if you get her at pick up, you're definitely going to get a smile.”

“No one fills faster. I drive past a CVS and Walgreens to bring my business to APS. They deserve it. I was shocked the first time that I went there. I dropped off a script and asked, "When should I come back for it?" To my surprise, she said, "It should be ready in 5 minutes." It did not even take that long. This is normal there. Their strength is with the pharmacists. They are especially helpful and professional and take time to answer questions when asked. The management keeps enough staff such that no customers have to go home and return later unless an item is out of stock. (AND, per my experience, out-of-stock items arrive the next day by 10:00 AM.). If I need a refill and need to speak to a pharmacist, I could drive from my home in Youngsville to APS, talk to a pharmacist, fill a script, and drive home in less time than being on hold if I were to call a CVS! I would like to make one comment as constructive criticism (the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5), so, if you're reading this, Mr. Joel or any staff, please feel free to ask me the next time I'm there. :-)”

“This pharmacy saved me in a crisis. I had a prescription that couldn't be filled at another pharmacy due to a shortage and I was so sick. I called 7 other pharmacies that didn't have this particular cough medicine available. Neighbors Pharmacy popped up in my search and I called them. The pharmacy assistant that answered the phone listened to my problem and checked to see if they had the cough medicine on hand. Thank goodness they had it. I gave her my information and she informed me that they would take care of the rest. Not sure who I was talking to but she was the sweetest person ever. She took my fear and worry away about getting my medication on that day. Not long afterwards I received a text message saying that my prescriptions were ready. I immediately drove there to pick up my prescription. The pharmacy is absolutely beautiful inside, very clean, neat and organized. It's absolutely lovely inside. The cashier Emily was so nice and professional. We had a nice conversation as she prepared to check me out. The male pharmacist came out to ask me a question and tell me about my medication. He had big,bright smile on his face. He was so nice, so helpful, so knowledgeable and very professional. I didn't feel rushed and I didn't feel like I was a bother when talking to him. The pharmacist made me feel at home. Made me feel like a neighbor. My experience with Neighbors Pharmacy is 5 star. This is THE BEST pharmacy experience that I have ever had. They have my business going forward. Thank you Neighbors Pharmacy, the pharmacist and the staff. I encourage everyone to make this your pharmacy. And to shop around in the store as well. “My daughter has been coming here a year this month ! Every month she gets infusions! Every month she is welcomed with a smile. She stared at 5 yr old doing these infusions, after many test were ran on her. Finally there was a diagnoses. She has an immune deficiency. Mrs.E , Mrs N and Mrs W . ( putting it like this for privacy).Are absolutely amazing. There are not just her nurses but they treat us like family and make sure we are comfortable! Seriously this is the best health care I have ever had ! My daughter loves these nurses ! So do I ! Would not go any where else for her infusions! Thanks for being absolutely amazing!!!Also my daughter does not even cry anymore for her Iv ! She is 6 ! That's how awesome they are !”

Lately, that location has been "out" of several items we regularly buy. Large parking area has little shade, and fills-up quickly. Sam's has great values, but one still must "price-shop". Rick .”

“This review is for the curbside option that Walgreens now offers. Because of Covid-19. I placed my order online and waited for a notification ( about 20 minutes after order was placed) saying my items were ready. After I finishing up my workout and picking up a few item at the Albertsons across the street from this Walgreens. I parked in one of the designated spots for curbside pickup. I checked-in letting them know I was there and the number of my parking spot. Before I even had time to relax an employee came out with my items. I'd say it was less than 3 minutes after my check in. I like this curbside option. It keeps me out of the store away from the idiots who would rather infect others by not wearing their mask. Quick, fast, efficient, safe and friendly employee. I'd definitely do it again.”

There's a Starbucks inside, which makes it feel like you're at target haha. The regular prices are actually kind of expensive. Stick to shopping to their sales though. They have amazing sales! The 10 for 10 deals are awesome as well as the deals they have on meats and veggies. Just the other day, mangoes were 2/$1. 4 stars instead of 5 only because, I'm not going to buy everything I need here, only what's on sale and what i have to get since I'm at the store already,”

“I cannot express the depths of my appreciation to the pharmacy staff. I was preparing for a move abroad and was trying to get all my medicines together that I could. They went above and beyond to try to get my medicine covered early by medicaid. They stayed in touch and remembered me. They were making back up plans to ensure that I would have what I needed for my move.When I told them initially that I needed a hard to get medicine due to shortage and another pharmacy told me to wait until two days before my move, Mikhyla, told me that she had me and she clearly understood what I needed. When other pharmacies would tell me 'no' and not why, this branch told me the steps I needed to take to get what I needed to where all parties, them, my doctor, and myself were on the same page.I lost the list of names that was given to me, but when I say that every hand within that department helped me in some way, I mean it. The only other names I remember are Kasey and Dee. I am truly sorry that I do not remember and lost the list given to me. The team that helped me from the later half of September of 2023 all deserve a shout out. This crew is the gold standard of pharmacies. Walgreens corporate, take note.”
