Pharmacy supervisor should not promise what she can't deliver! Crucial med promised to be ready by 3 pm on Monday. Not there! Very unprofessional. I will be contacting Walgreens corporate offices!

perhaps an adjustment in your employees' attitudes or retraining them on the value of customer service might be in order.

Seven workers in the pharmacy. Three of which twirling and playing in their hair looking lost and not the least concerned to help customers standing there waiting to be addressed. They do not seem like they know what they are even doing, or that they even want to work!
