“Purchased the wrong size less than 24 hours ago. Tried to return with receipt. I was told that they don’t accept returns if the tags are removed. As is visible in the photograph the other tags are intact. One must have gotten torn in the bag but the nice clerk told me, “no it’s obviously been ripped.” After speaking with Megan, the store manager, the error was corrected and I have changed my review to 5 stars. Thank you Megan. I will be sharing this experience with all my coworkers at the hospital.”

“I’m so beyond thankful and grateful for Shawn and Compression Meds! We waited close to 2 months on some leg pumps for my Mom that was suppose to take no more than 2 weeks at another company. I contacted Shawn and he had them set up and ready to ship out all in the same week!!! He was always very readily available even through text. He communicated professionally and was on the ball.
