I’m trying to figure out how to use the led light remote still. Operator error tho, I’m sure. Anyways I literally lost sleep over the reviews I read after I ordered. I’ve been looking for a cooler like this for hubby for 6 years!!! I read all the reviews and actually didn’t want to upgrade my order cause I was scared it was a scam. Now I’m sad I didn’t get the 65 quart but whatever he’s going to fricken LOVE this cooler!! My only complaint is he forgot my decal but it’s ok I can get one around here. He did upgrade me to a yeti from a rtic cause he was out of the color I wanted, which was cool! I will definitely tell all my friends. Thank you so much for making this a great Father’s Day, my kids are so excited to give it to their dad!”

“Good day at Verizon with tech guru, Lance on 2701 Vets, Kenner, La. I walked in with my S10 that had decided not to make or receive phone calls. I tried everything on my own and then lucked out w/ Lance at Verizon store. Hw patiently tried everything he could, working doggedly until we finally had full service again. On his own and thru 2 tech support folks, he kept a great positive attitude, tech savvy, polite and professional throughout. Bravo to Lance and Verizon for employing him!! Give that man a raise!!!”
