Quickly the staff at the store at ATT tried helping resolve my iPhone issue. In a moment, the actual manager was helping with my situation and was able to resolve phone issues. I was so happy and relieved. The manager, Gianna, made sure everything was ok before I left. The customer Service was quick and easy for me. Professional great happy people working there. “Good day at Verizon with tech guru, Lance on 2701 Vets, Kenner, La. I walked in with my S10 that had decided not to make or receive phone calls. I tried everything on my own and then lucked out w/ Lance at Verizon store. Hw patiently tried everything he could, working doggedly until we finally had full service again. On his own and thru 2 tech support folks, he kept a great positive attitude, tech savvy, polite and professional throughout. Bravo to Lance and Verizon for employing him!! Give that man a raise!!!”
