Awful customer service. Wait times for a reserved car was well over 4 hours. Three different employees at Hertz and Dollar (because they're owned by the same company), told me that fuel will be waived due to the extremely long wait. That was a lie. I was charged $100 for fuel. Will never be using Dollar or Hertz again.

We booked the car more than a week in advance and when we got to the counter they didn't have enough cars ready and we had to wait for 1+ hours to get a car, like 10+ other people who were there already waiting when we arrived. See attached photo of everyone waiting for their cars.
