I love cricket but sometimes they have to train a lil bit more of their workers and maybe add another person.. waited for almost 1:30 hrs just to add a line to my account because the store was full and only one staff member

The store manager Nathalie was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. She explained everything thoroughly and answered ALL of my questions without any hesitations. Very good customer service. Will be going back for all of my cell phone needs. Thanks for your help Nathalie.
