“The store manager assisted me herself and really made it her priority to do everything she could to fix my issue. The female employee was also very helpful two days prior to that in allowing me to use her personal phone to call in my phone claim. I prefer this locations store to the corporate one in Juban Crossing hands down. Both the female employee working that day and the store manager deserve a raise or at the very least a professional accommodation. They are truly the face of the At&t brand.”
