“Great customer service in this store! Why did I have to go to this store? No one online could help me unless I gave them a four digit PIN. Unfortunately, when they switched from Cincinnati Bell to AltaFiber, I was never asked to create a PIN. Their alternate plan when I called was to have me give them a copy of my driver's license! Does this sound like a potential for identity theft? If I had not received great customer service at the store, I would have cancelled. AltaFiber....get another, safer way to verify who you are before there is a huge identity theft problem!”

“So I stopped in this store on my way home from work to purchase a new phone for myself and to add service to an existing phone that I had for my son, as I entered I was greeted by Tommy right away. He helped in so many ways, and although he did suggest , he wasn’t just trying make the sale he also made me feel very comfortable with my purchases and answered many many many of my questions without hesitation, he had an answer, an honest one for every question that had. And boy I had a ton. Tommy was chill and laid back made me feel like I was the only person in the store and u dont really get that kind of treatment anywhere anymore. He truly cared and that means a lot. Hands down Tommy made this the best customer service experience honestly I’ve ever had. I went in for a phone and service on another and I walked out with A screen protector, an OtterBox, an I phone 15 pro max, service on an existing phone, and the latest Apple Watch thanks again for my making my experience amazing! “If I could give 10 stars I genuinely would. My husband and I were previous customers with AT&T AND LORDY DID WE HAVE ISSUES. We finally had enough with AT&T that we decided to switch. Danny, Alex, and Brad were amazing. They were so patient and kind and let me tell you I wouldn’t have been. We were there two days for over 7 hours combined and not once did they make me or my husband feel like we were a hassle. I will definitely being staying with Tmobile as a customer for the pure factor of how these three young men handled our situation and helped us not deal with anymore stress.”

This was after we spent multiple hours on the phone over the weekend before we went into the store where Makayla fixed everything. “They are kind to senior citizens, will help you with a written note if you are disabled, great with answering questions about your cellphones accessories and carrier service. Parking lot always has spaces. Heavily populated African America area yet you will see this location is in a thriving strip mall with plenty options and food, please people of all backgrounds come here, there is nothing to fear regardless of rumors of the neighborhood. This location has lots of customers and the employees are diversed nationalities and fluent in other languages. You may see people standing around for the store is small inside, very small, fear not and wait in your car, the patrons are nice people just say I'm waiting in my car, I'm behind that or this person, in most cases they will respect that you are next, but no one will wait for you concerning customers patrons so do your best to get back in line to enter store or come back on another day. ?”

On top of it all, I walked in 10 minutes before close with out realizing and he still offered to help for the next 30 minutes after closing. I offered to leave but he insisted. I went in for a new phone, but she assessed my phone and determined that the battery was probably the issue and that I could just replace it for much less money. So instead of selling me a brand new phone she knew I didn't need, she helped me look up several local phone repair businesses. I was so grateful for her honesty!! She saved me a lot of money today! Highly recommend this store.”
