Awesome, but it's too long to get service started when you are a new customer. When I had to talk to someone over the phone to get service started, it was kinda crazy when I didn't halfway understand the representative out the country asking me questions. Overall the staff is awesome in helping you...

Always found the staff to be helpful. Even the ones that are newer try to help and ask for help themselves when it is needed.
