I got a refund card in the mail from Verizon Marvin helped me activate it quick easy not sure why they didn't send a check but we are fine now

I was able to get a billing issue resolved quickly and I was happy with the service. I don't live in town and was in a rush but I appreciate the level of service and professionalism at this location.
