“Shout out to my rep Jameson ReschI came to this location on Jan 31st TWICE after the 1-800- VZW told me to go to a corporate office to fix my just shy of 6 month olblank d display phone (which I receivedfrom Jameson at the Mud lane store oringally) instead that corporate office upgraded my device & locked me out of my Verizon account they directed me to another corporate office to unlock my account & since I was literally 1 hour into having the upgraded phone I am within the 30 day return window the other corporate office can unlock my account and return the upgraded device that the FIRST corporate office denied they could do.Once I returned literally 90 minutes later Jameson assisted me on contacting Assurion (what the 2nd corporate office couldn't do.) On my behalf Literally 20 minutes later were they able to debunk all of what the Outer Loop location said and that the display going out on a just shy 6 month old device is a known issue & warranty will cover it you will get a new device via post by 8pm the following day you have 5 business days to return else there will be fee's which both Assurion agent & Jameson spoke onIt's REALLY BAD when a Verizon retail store & ANOTHER corporate office tells you to stay away from Outer Loop Corporate office & there not sure exactly WHAT they did to my account when all that was wanted was repaires of a 6 month old deviceThank you Jameson & Mud Lane Verizon”

“Awesome service- I never go anywhere else! I have purchased my last 5-6 phones from CellPhone Doctor and have received nothing short of fantastic service and quality devices each visit. On my last visit, I came in with a completely inoperable phone. The knowledgeable tech went over all my options, including simply replacing the battery ($99) on my iPhone XS Max- or purchasing a new phone. I opted to buy a new phone. He spent a ton of time transferring EVERYTHING over to my new phone- including my Apple Watch- which he did not have to do. I know their business hours may be limited- but it is absolutely worth it to go there. And if all of that wasn't enough to sell you on going to CellPhone Doctor....they have a shop Puppy!!! This was the most well behaved puppy I have ever seen in my life :)”
