Towne Center Spectrum Store customer service rep Jon was absolutely awesome tonight. He was courteous and professional and worked all the angles to try to address our needs. I couldn't imagine anyone doing a better job than he did for us.

Went to the Spectrum store located in the highlands on Bardstown Rd. My wait time to return a spectrum receiver was 15 minutes. There was only 1 employee working at this location on the day 1 returned the receiver

I received excellent customer service at the Town Center Drive store from Victoria Dietz. On 11/21/2025 she signed me up for bundle services with the transition of my phone from AT&T to Spectrum and handled the entire process for me with patience and professionalism. She is an asset to the Spectrum team.
