“10/10 the only place you should go if you’re a T-Mobile customer in the Louisville area. If you’re lucky Sabrina will be working! I came in with my elderly mother who was a bit confused, she was able to help my mom better understand her phone plan, and get our needs for a new phone taken care of in a professional and caring way. I wish more stores had this kind of customer support. Her as well as other members of the staff really are so great, from helping me open the door to the understanding and patience they all had. My mother and I truly appreciate the team and their efforts!Do yourself a favor and don’t go to any other T-Mobile retail stores. Even if there’s a wait, it’s worth it to go to this location.”

“I have dealt with T-Mobile for many years and usually it is a long process (couple of hours) to just buy phones for an existing account. Not today!! “I had a new roof put on and needed the satellite reinstalled to the roof. I called DirecTV and they said it would be 1 month before they could send somebody out! I called All Pro Satellite and within an hour somebody returned my call. They sent out a technician that very same day and had the satellite reinstalled within 30 minutes. Both the gentlemen I spoke to on the phone and the technician that did the install were professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. I will absolutely be recommending them to all my friends and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.”

Despite him not being directly compensated from the alteration to my plan (it was handled alongside the 641 T-Mobile operator) Chris gave me his undivided attention and was happy to help. “I'd like to thank Caleb for the outstanding customer service he provided us after my phone was lost on the Beehive Trail in Acadia National Park Maine earlier this month. We bought a new phone before my old phone was found and returned to me. Caleb went above and beyond to get our new phone set up. He was understanding with our issue and literally spent what I estimate to be several hours with us. If every customer service rep was as polite, helpful and knowledgeable as Caleb customers would not leave a business. IMHO, customer service is THE differentiating factor when comparing businesses since most cell phone carriers offer the same service for comparable prices.”

“4 star review for them to be able to fix what another corporate office in Louisville did not assist withWhile there was a slight wait this corporate office was able to pull my SIM card from broken display phone. And supply into a older device until I was able to get my broken display phone replaced *like I wanted*this corporate office on Shelbyville road Had to deactivate and return the phone. Another corporate office sold me & profusely apologized outer loop Did not give me all the options and just outwardlyupgraded a device that is not even 6 months oldWhen I mentioned the device they upgraded me to is not even 3 hours and within the 30 day return policy they asked if I didn't like the phon?e I replied not the issue the device is probably great; Your other corporate office used another line on my account to upgrade me on my device after they figured out what chaos was unleashed on my account they couldn't refund the $145.09 upgrade fee & there's a $50 restocking fee BUT they were able to refund $65.10 of the $145.09 .... That's $79.99 differenceOnly reason why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is they were unable to file a warranty claim for the busted display phone I originally wanted repairedIt's pretty bad when another Verizon retail store AND another corporate office across town tells you to avoid corporate office Outer LoopThank you for all your help”
