I was having a major problem with my smart phone. The young lady spent time and used every effort to resolve the problem. The problem was resolved. I am a very satisfied customer. I am so happy ? The young lady deserves: Ten Roses out of Ten ????? ?????

The staff at most locations are not as knowledgeable as they should be. And too many Of Cricket's employees are less than polite
