The crew at Kansasland was very honest and told me I didn't need to pay for 2 new tires and that they could patch the tires I have and save me the money. “Right off the bat, I was very impressed with how professional they were and how quickly they were able to get me in. Less than a day passed and they had already diagnosed the issue and called me with a quote, at which time things went downhill.The quote for front brake pads was astronomical, and they told me that was primarily due to the time they spent diagnosing. I do not think it should take any substantial amount of time to measure brake pads and was very upset at this point, so I sent an email to them expressing my issue with paying $420 for 2 brake pads, which they never replied to.However, when I went in to pay the bill and pick up my car, they had waived the $140 "diagnostic" and I ended up paying a reasonable price for this job . My car is older and needs more work, and Yost earned themselves a repeat customer by taking care of me and charging me a price that didn't make me sick to my stomach.Service: Auto brake replacement”
