“This is my second time going to discount tire. A month ago I got my tires replaced and got the warranty it’s the best deal going to get the warranty. Yesterday I got a nail in my tire. I showed up there today they were really helpful very professional and the turnaround time is speedy. I really appreciated that Keithan helped me. They all have great customer service.”

“My lovely wife got into an scary and startling accident on a Sunday morning before church 19 days before our family vacation. With 16 days left we brought our Lexus GX 460 2021 to Crash Champions with extensive front end damage in NO condition to drive on the highways or anywhere for that matter! “EDIT: 2 wheels never showed up. They were able to source us some used ones not a big deal there inner duallys. They paid for the wheels and deducted the 2 wheels from our paperwork. Brian was very helpful both in de-escilating the situation and offering actual solutions. Make sure you don't let them rush you through the paperwork. We found some accounting errors (honest accident entered wrong S/N for the wheels). Mike, calm and collected so long as thing are going smooth could benefit from a little conflict resolution and de-escilation training, I let my frustration get the better of me and was less polite than I would like. However instead of any form of resolution he chose to get loud, defensive, and rude, understandable in private, less so in a professional setting. Victor though kind, courteous and conversational should slow down when speaking to customers on the phone and check with his co-workers on accounts he isn't directly in charge of. This would prevent a lot of misinformation getting to the customer. Austin the service tech that worked on our vehicle was patient and went above and beyond to sit with us and explain our best options when it comes to safety.My advice:×Ask for Brian (especially if you have anxiety issues)×Read all the paperwork carefully and understand the warranty on tires is only while your paying for them. (You can purchase an extra 12 months of coverage following payoff)xConsult with Austin for tire question. (Understand he may not be available)Customer service is lacking. We passed up a used set of duallys We had found for our vintage camper. They talked us into ordering from them with promises of them coming in before Xmas. We're 3 weeks out and "still waiting on 2 wheels." They haven't been in contact with us at all. We have been the ones to call. On one occasion Victor even let slip that they had notes to call us. And asked if we had payed the down. We had. We had also made it a point to bring in all the paperwork they had requested the following day. Paid more than there normal 25 percent for the their peace of mind that we were serious about these special order wheels. 700 dollars later coming up on our first payment Wednesday january 3rd and still no wheels we started the process dec 18th and paid the down the same day. We missed Xmas and new years with family. At this point it feels like 1. Incompetence and they didn't get ordered when they said they would. 2. They're waiting to see if we are able to make payments because in there words "they are a special order and if we don't pay they get stuck with oddly specific wheels" or 3. Someone dropped the ball and doesn't want to confront the customer about it. on top of that we have our own set of tires half of the staff said wouldn't work and the other half said they would. We leaned towards the service techs word that they would. Seeing how that's his job. We've had the tires beyond the return window, so now stuck with tires that "might not work". And have a sneaking suspension that they will gladly sell us a new set or upsale us a set of spacers. also i havnt been able too work because we weren't even suppose to be in the state and I had already changed jobs wich I have now lost in Louisiana because we are still in kansas. Yes we made our share of mistakes on our end resulting in still being here. the biggest being trusting the employees at rnr tire at there word and should have just spent the 1200 on the guaranteed used wheels that could have been mounted that day. They are decent salespeople and now we're stuck with egg on our face paying 2200 for wheels that they've seemingly lost. On top of what we have hemorrhaged by the setback in our plans. Fortunately we had some money to fall back on. Still willing to give them a chance but at this point I'm not recommending them to anyone. Nore very willing to pay full sprice for half effort.”

“Had a leak in one tire, and they were closest. Dropped in at 4:45, they closed at 5:00, and they accepted the job with no complaint. It was busy yet they got the car in by 5:05. Found the valve stem leaking and had to replace the TPMS sensor. They then replaced the sensor by 5:40 and didn’t charge us a dime. Great service and will definitely return.”
