“Went to get my oil changed today and was greeted by some of the nicest guys! They took great care of my car! Had my toddler with me and they were all super kind to me and him, had toys to keep him busy, and didn't mind him being a little rambunctious. Thank you guys for being so friendly and awesome to us! It is so appreciated!”

“Another auto repair facility recently installed new brakes on my car. Soon after, I started hearing noises coming from the rear of the car. I disregarded the noise for awhile but I finally did the right thing and took it to Expert Auto to have the noise diagnosed. I did not have an appointment, I simply dropped the car off. Within an hour, Expert Auto diagnosed and fixed the problem. The facility that installed the brakes had left off an inner caliper bracket bolt...not good. Again, Expert Auto identified the problem, fixed the problem within an hour without an appointment...and did not charge me anything. That's tremendous customer service. Highly, highly recommended!!!”

“Right off the bat, I was very impressed with how professional they were and how quickly they were able to get me in. Less than a day passed and they had already diagnosed the issue and called me with a quote, at which time things went downhill.The quote for front brake pads was astronomical, and they told me that was primarily due to the time they spent diagnosing. I do not think it should take any substantial amount of time to measure brake pads and was very upset at this point, so I sent an email to them expressing my issue with paying $420 for 2 brake pads, which they never replied to.However, when I went in to pay the bill and pick up my car, they had waived the $140 "diagnostic" and I ended up paying a reasonable price for this job . My car is older and needs more work, and Yost earned themselves a repeat customer by taking care of me and charging me a price that didn't make me sick to my stomach.Service: Auto brake replacement”

The great this though is that someone came to my location and fixed the problem free of charge and filled up the antifreeze. The value is great for how well the customer service is.”

“I ended up with a flat tire just around the corner from this location. We took the tire off and took it to Tracy's. The gentleman who helped us told us they would get the tire fixed in about a half an hour, but took closer to 45 mins. Because we were first time customers, we were told that our service was free. The gentleman at the counter said, "The first one is on us!" Great experience with Tracy's. We would definitely use them again!”

“I was greeted by a tall man after entering in the parking lot. He asked what he could help me with, and I replied asking for an oil change. He told me to come in and had complimentary coffee. When I entered in, I was surprised to see the cleanliness inside the store's lobby. The bathroom was squeaky clean. After a couple minutes, I was informed I had 1300 miles left before an oil change. He asked me to come back after. I felt appreciated by the HONESTY, CLEANLINESS, and KINDNESS. I wasn't sure what the price was for the change, but the service here is good.”

“I talked to the shop manager about the type of oil he was using . And that I seemed to be low on oil at the end of my 4000 miles . So we talked about the motors that was Hyundia uses and that they were known for using oil and that maybe it would be a good idea to try the synthetic blend the next time I was in . So that is what we are gonna do . I appreciate his knowledge and his time .47th and Broadway .”

“The tech was super friendly and knowledgeable it was fast less than 15 min in and out did a check of everything and was done in min. Would highly recommend going here we used a coupon cost 27 dollars and some change after tax look on line for coupons and save we got 50 % off basic oil change so it pays to use and it was fast In and out gave us a print out of any issues and recommendations to have fixedand Costs .”

“Making an online oil change appointment was very easy although am not sure it made it through to them cause I checked in at 920 (930 appointment) but didn’t get in til 1030 and out the door by 11. I will chock it up to them being busy. Price was better than most ($60). Staff was friendly. For my first time here the experience was fine and will probably being vehicles here.”

I came in for an oil change and they went out of their way to inspect my car, clean it, and give me advice and recommendations. 10/10 would definitely come again.
