“Due to my car needing a jump start, I thought I probably needed a new battery. I drove over to this O'Reilly location to get my battery tested. I was greeted with a hello and a how can we help you, when I entered. I explained the situation but the manager directed an associate (Brian) to check the battery and connections, first. Brian tested the battery and although it was several years old, it was still good. Brian took the time to clean the battery posts, connections and reconnect everything. My car started right up. Brian's first thought was about customer service, not just making a sale. They have my business and loyalty.”
