“My battery was totally dead (bad cell according to AAA service) Costco, O'Reilly & AAA didn't have the battery and they wouldn't install it in BMW 325i due to special tool needed for set up, thanks BMW. My last hope was Advance, they had the correct battery & Greg and his staff were able to get it installed and they had the tool or instrument thingy needed to reset all the electrical stuff. It was snowing and worked on it in their parking lot. Thank you again.”

The entire experience with Jeff Peine, our salesman and David Ellis, the general manager and Adam Ellis, the finance manager was old school in a courteous, honest and pleasant way. So many dealerships could learn from this place. We'd looked at other cars elsewhere and were turned off by the really unpleasant sales methods these other folks were using. The varied inventory at New Century was unusual and special. They really love and know cars and are enthusiastic to help you what you need and want.”
