“I took my car to a reputable shop for a tire swap and wheel balance. It was a friend's shop and I had no reason to believe I'd get a shortcut job as I insisted on paying after they offered it at no charge.Instantly noticeable was a physical steering wheel wobble at 55-70mph. I stopped back in and they said I needed an alignment. Trusting, I said ok and scheduled. This is where things get spicy...I took it back for that appointment where they were going to do an alignment to get rid of the vibration. I asked that they please also check the wheel balance and two things were said when I picked up that raised red flags. - Wheel balance is spot on, wheels are true as well, no bends.- we didn't need to do an alignment, in fact we didn't even need to take the wheels off.If you didn't take the wheels off how on Earth did they check the balance?In comes my friends at KC Trends.I kindly referenced my prior ship experience and noted that their primary objective is to try and find faults in what they did. They were fine with the challenge, here's the outcome:- those wheels were way out of balance- enjoy vibration free driving, call us if any issuesSILKY SMOOTH RIDE. NO ISSUES A+++ KCTRENDS.”

“Awesome experience getting a new battery. I was totally prepared to change the battery out myself, and had brought the tools to do it, but Richard volunteered - how could I say no? I wanted to be sure it was done right, and it was, completely. We pulled the old battery, and I had brought a terminal brush so that we could clean the posts. We added post insulators and anti-corrosive gel, which Richard was very careful to apply to the areas that were already showing some problems. Richard also was also unhappy with a connector attached to the positive terminal because it really wasn't the right size - despite several attempts, he didn't think that it provided a secure connection. He found a connector in the store and replaced it. I said afterward, "Come for the battery, stay for the floor show." I don't offer to shake hands much these days, but I felt I needed to offer that today. Thanks!”

“Had a very good experience with Maaco. They did exactly as they said they would. The finished paint job looks good. They cut out rust on my 2013 Silverado rear fenders and it looks brand new. The manager was all business but polite and professional. Would recommend all you Silverado owners that have rust, all the '13s do, to take it to Maaco before you go anywhere else.”

“I always go here for my oil changes from here on out. THE NICEST CREW and MOST HELPFUL and VERY KIND people. Went once before, had a great experience, decided to go back. Went in for an oil change tonight, was leaving the parking lot and there was a little bit of white smoke coming from under the hood, anxiety reached 100% immediately so I turned around, scared to death, and they checked it out, no questions asked. No attitude, only concern. Very kind through the entire process, and I have terrible anxiety, and they also made sure I was okay, I can't say enough kind things about them. The issue hasn't popped up again after driving around for a bit just to be sure. I will always go here in the future, I adore everyone the Auto Care Center, thank you for taking another peek and making sure that this anxiety chihuahua was good to get back on the road.”

“Got a flat on the highway (thank you construction) and was able to limp it over to Walmart Auto Care. There were only two guys working. At first, he said they weren't taking any more cars, but then he still took the time to take a look at my tire and squeeze me in. Within an hour, the tire of replaced and I was off. Really appreciate them helping me out. Took a huge weight off my chest.”

I was impressed from the very beginning just by them answering their phone.The entire automotive staff is constantly working and communicating with their customers.The young lady behind the desk I believe her name was Brandi spook to every person as if they were her family member.I should also mention that I only ended up at the store because the Shawnee mission store couldn't even answer their phones.Thank you frontage Walmart employees!”
