Then we met Dr. Godsey who blew me away with his kindness, patience and knowledge!
He has such a big heart and Truly cares more for your animal than, his wallet....
He waived our exam fee for opting to vaccinate our cat...(who does this?)
This is standard practice I found out...
He also answered questions about a dog that I didn't even take there, yet he was willing to offer some needed advice...

Dr. Keil spent a long time speaking with us about his corneal ulcer and prepared a huge write up on-the-spot to help us understand every detail. “The techs are so helpful & knowledgeable. Super fast response times, & they are cost-conscious & transparent. They tell you costs up front and give you options. They recommend treatment options but don’t pressure you into treatments you can’t afford. Dr. Locke is the best. He really is the kindest, gentlest vet I’ve ever met. He sits on the ground & lets our small dogs approach him rather than trying to pick them up. Has been very helpful in managing our anxious pups. I’ve had positive experiences with Dr. Austen & Belew too. Not all vet clinics are created equal & Union Hill is by far the best of 3 we’ve used over the years.”

They do exactly what they say they will do, when they say they will do it, only after walking you through every step of the process. That alone shows they care about you and your pet, and will work tirelessly to find a solution. While being a specialist, we've found the prices to be incredibly reasonable. Having a satellite office up north is a godsend for us. We look forward to continuing working with VADC in the coming months and years.”

“We've been taking our pup to Dr. Gilmore at Mill Creek since we acquired him 3 years ago when he was 5 months old. You couldn't ask for a more concerned, attentive, thorough, and warm person than Dr. Gilmore. He never rushes you, explains things totally in laymen's language, and remembers personal details about the pet even before consulting the chart. Our pet suffers with anxiety and yet Dr. Gilmore patiently and gently soothes his nerves so that he's calm during treatment. The practice has accessible hours and prices are reasonable. There's no effort to push unneeded or extraneous products or services. The office staff, technicians and other vets are similarly friendly and professional. On occasion during Dr. Gilmore's absence, we have used two of the other vets in the practice. They exhibited the same kind, warm, and skillful behaviors. All and all this is an exceptional practice, which is conveniently located with good street and highway access.
Noah and Dr. Gibbs were very timely, friendly, knowledgeable, and proficient.”

“I recently brought my mom's cat in here. The doctor was friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. I was treated with compassion and not a way to make money. The cost was reasonable and staff was friendly across the board. When my appointment was over Sara at the front desk read through my invoice with me and helped to sort out an issue with my invoice. She answered all my questions and even helped me to my car with the food we bought. Compared to other places I've been I wasn't rushed and everyone took their time to show me they really cared about my moms cat.i don't currently have pets of my own but I wouldn't hesitate to bring them here if I did. I'm glad my mom chose your office and I'm really thankful for the time every staff member took with me!”
“Took our little kitty in this afternoon for a mysterious case of suddenly not eating/drinking. We were really happy that they got us in on such short notice as brand new patients. Everyone was very kind, the doctor was extremely gentle and thorough with the exam. She ran through all of the financial estimations and gave us options just in case we weren't able to afford certain things. The pricing turned out to be incredibly reasonable. Unfortunately our baby needs to go back in Friday for surgery but again we were pretty shocked at how fair the estimate was for that too. And i feel like Cali will be in good hands there.”
