She had a UTI last week, and it was such a relief to get my little buddy on the mend so quickly.When I lived in Lenexa, this was the only place I would take my cats, and I haven't found a better vet than Dr. Dubin. She obviously cares about every animal in her care and does everything she can to make her services convenient and affordable.”

“I have to give it to Dr. Rose and his staff! My cat (Memphis) came down ill and my original vet was unable to get him in due to him traveling. I called Dr. Rose's office and they got my cat in right away. He was very understanding, upfront with me, and explained everything that was going on. A month later, my cat took a turn for the worst again and without hesitation Dr. Rose said to bring him in. He was very honest with me and advised me my beloved pet was suffering and we came to an agreement to end his suffering. This office was VERY VERY understanding to my pain. They let me take my time with my pet and walked me through the entire process. While it was the most difficult thing I have ever had to do, I am sure blessed I used Dr. Rose during this hard time. He made the pain a little less painful.When it was time to pick up my pets paw print they were very understanding and polite when the pain was still very fresh. Kuddo's to this office. They've gained a forever customer.The office is very clean, organized, and the staff is very knowledgeable. I am truly grateful for them and all they did to help my boy!Thank you office staff and Dr. Rose for your love during my darkest days. I am truly appreciative.”

“I recently brought my mom's cat in here. The doctor was friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. I was treated with compassion and not a way to make money. The cost was reasonable and staff was friendly across the board. When my appointment was over Sara at the front desk read through my invoice with me and helped to sort out an issue with my invoice. She answered all my questions and even helped me to my car with the food we bought. Compared to other places I've been I wasn't rushed and everyone took their time to show me they really cared about my moms cat.i don't currently have pets of my own but I wouldn't hesitate to bring them here if I did. I'm glad my mom chose your office and I'm really thankful for the time every staff member took with me!”

“I have been taking my cats to this location for almost 17 years. The staff is so compassionate! I had to put my sweet cat down yesterday and they held her and gave her treats all day until I was able to come in after work. That meant the WORLD to me. They cared enough to give her last day the best day! I was able to come in a say my goodbyes in a private room for as along as I needed to. I wish I knew the girls name who helped me, but she was outstanding!!! She not only comforted me, but my sweet Bella too. Thank you for being amazing! ❤️”

“I first became a customer when I was in gradeschool when I brought my hampster in because he had mulch stuck in his eye. Then later again with my family's dog, & then mine as an adult. I'm 47 now & I've had to go other vets because of moving over the yrs, but I want to say I have always received the best customer service & genuine patient care from this veterinarian office. Dr. Chaffin the owner is the one who 1st helped "Mr. Hampster". She takes the time to explain in as much detail as one may need to understand their pets health. She's been a part of at least 3 of my family's dogs crossing the rainbow bridge in close to 35 yrs or so & she's shared in our heartbreak. The patience & compassion she's shown us will never be forgotten.Close to 15 or more yrs ago 1 of the "new" vets was fairly fresh out of school & pin pointed the diagnosis of our 3 yr old basset hound we rescued. Although of course she was reluctant to suggest it before we got the actual test results back, we persisted & she hinted to us the (exact) lymphoma diagnosis. Even though the outcome wasn't what we wanted, I was impressed she knew her stuff & she is still there today. ?Dr. Chaffin & the other vets & staff have never made us feel rushed or like we're just a number as I have experienced at pretty much every other vet's office I've had to go to. Thankful I've moved closer & I will drive the few extra miles for the peace of mind knowing we're at the best.
