“We have used Laurel Heights on several occasions. We had an engine replaced in one of our cars about three years ago. This week we had some issues with our breaks. The team was able to get us in and taken care of. They have always been extremely honest and fair with what needs done with our cars. I won’t take our vehicles anywhere else.”

“Update: Thanks, Action Tire crew! Great job on my Tundra brake upgrade. New rotors, calipers, brake lines, and sway bar links (icluding rear drum adjustment). Smooth braking now. Can't wait to tackle the Ozark Mountains!Moved to Kcity in '99 and needed a reliable shop to service my vehicles. After a competitor refused to work me in for a flat tire I went to Action Tire Goodyear and they said no problem and fixed me up. It's been 17 years and I've never looked back. Tim's one of the best shop owners around and has always been accommodating. Rich and Jim have been taking care of everything I've ever needed, always treated me fairly, and gone above and beyond with those difficult repairs. I think they have the best crew in the Kansas City Metro. Anytime someone asks me about car service I recommend them to go to Action Tire Goodyear.”

“I usually take my cars to Burnett but this was the first time taking my van to the Burnett near 112th and College. They were very friendly, professional and easy to work with. I dropped my van off early in the morning to have the several warning lights taken care of, an oil change and have my tires looked at. When checking out, they explained everything to me about what was done and why the warning lights. The checkout area was very clean and organized. I would defiantly take my cars back to this Burnett.”

“Received good solid service. While I was offered additional services with my oil change I wasn't pressured into purchasing any of them. The staff were courteous, professional, and kept me informed. They were explained their reasoning for any of their recommendations and while it was a speedy service I don't feel rushed. They were also kind to my little kiddo. I appreciate the attentiveness and quality of service. I will be back again!”
“All women should go here!!!!I slid on some ice and hit a curb pretty hard. I called and they got me in the same day. They fixed what I thought was wrong, but told me to fix the alignment and a new wheel was 2k, but the alignment was "okay". I decided to take it to the dealership to try and get it covered by warrenty, it was declined but the dealership quoted me 2.5k. I went back to KC autoworks, and the man told me the numbers were off so minimally that if I cant feel a difference I shouldnt do anything about it. For the wheel, he said they can replace it, but that I should go to this other business to see if they can repair it before I decide to replace it to save a litte money. I did, and they repaired my wheel for $215.TLDR: KC autoworks could have 100% had me pay for everything right then, which I was prepared to do, but they explained everything to me so well and helped me find a cheaper option, even though it meant I was giving my business to someone else. If I EVER have a problem in the future, I wont even think twice about going somewhere else. I cannot reccomend them enough, especially to women who are worried about getting one pulled over on them by other body shops. They are so trustworthy and really help you do whats best. I love this place!”
“Went by for an oil change. Called first to see how busy they were. Spoke with Torrence who was nice and said he was "just waiting for me to get there." :) Arrived 10 minutes later. Had a minimal wait. Interacted with all three guys working today. Each one waa personable, friendly, and helpful. I'm a repeat customer at thus location because they are consistently great. “My heat stopped working, and I made the mistake of taking it to a dealer. The dealer told me my actuator needed to be replaced, quoted me $2,900, and tried to sell me a new car. I looked it up, and an actuator costs around $50-100. I then took it to Value Auto Clinic and they quickly replaced the actuator for $175. Needless to say, I’ll be going to Value Auto Clinic for all my car needs in the future and have already recommended them to other people.”

“This shop did a great job with our Kia. They properly diagnosed the issue, provided fair repair cost quotes, and let us know of other potential costs that might be incurred once the original issue was resolved. (Emission systems are highly interdependent!) At the end of the repair, they identified an issue related to some work that the Kia dealership had done for me the prior year that should have been taken care of by Kia's work warranty. But, as Kia chose not to stand behind their work, Done With Care Auto Repair will be getting my business going forward.”
“I just moved to Mission and needed a shop that was close by. My girlfriend previously came here and had what she thought was an issue. They let her know she didn’t need new parts that she thought she did and didn’t charge her anything, so that made me try Casey’s out.My one experience was very positive. They were able to squeeze me in the same week I called and took care of me for a fair price. I had brake pads and rotors replaced, transmission fluid service, oil changed, and tires rotated. My car is running smoother (and definitely quieter since my brakes were thin and squeaky) than before. I’ll be back here for sure.Services: Tires”

“This is how customer service is done!! You drive around, they see you coming, open the door, offer you a water. During the oil change they top off other fluids, explain what they are doing. If you need an air filter or something else there is no pressure, they just offer. In and out in 10 minutes and I stayed in my truck. At the end all the charges are explained in detail. 11/10 experience!”
“This place is the real deal folks. I have an uncommon automobile make(Suzuki) and they did not bat an eye when I brought it in for service. They sourced the parts and did top-notch work. Replaced my manual transmission for a great price and were communicative every step of the way. They've got my business for the foreseeable future.”
“Went here for an oil change for my company fleet car. Joseph told me it would be a 45 min wait until they could service my car as there were only 3 techs for this morning and a few cars ahead of me. Not a problem as I actually had time. His estimation was correct and he was very professional as well. Excellent service and they were very patient as my company had to give payment over the phone. This location should be proud of the courteousness and professionalism as to how they are with each customer as I had noticed it wasn’t just me that left with satisfaction guaranteed. After much consternation, contacting corporate, a reach out from Chicago (I'm in Kansas City), I decided to try one more time. Megan and her crew are rebuilding this branch. Happy to see it. Hopefully they can get it going again. I'm willing to keep working with them.Fast, professional service at a fair price.”

“I absolutely loved the staff during my experience! I hate myself for not catching the name of who I assume to be the manager (brown hair, brown eyes, mid twenties). He impressed me with his customer service through conversation and the grace he showed when I was embarrassed at the mess in my car. He also took the time to explain what services would benefit me and why, while not trying to sell me unnecessary things. Never in my life would I have thought leaving an oil change would have me thinking to myself, “that was fun.” Moving from Hays, KS to KC, I had not yet found a place for these services that I’ve wanted to claim as my main place, so I’m grateful to have found this one. “During our time at McCarthy Honda we worked with Ben and he is incredible at his job! He is a straight shooter and his motivation really was to find a car that was the best fit for us. He happily and professionally handled all of our questions, comments & concerns. He was knowledgeable about the cars in stock, financing options and respectful of our boundaries. We did find a car we loved, but it was outside of our decided budget. During negotiations we worked with Rodney. He patiently and kindly explained exactly why the price point we were trying to negotiate down to wasn't feasible, but he did try to find creative solutions to get us in something similar within our budget. Even after he realized the sale likely wasn't going to happen, he was never patronizing or dismissive. Ultimately, we did not end up purchasing a vehicle during this visit. We are going to keep up with their new inventory as it comes in online because we actually WANT to buy from them. In today's world we (as a society) have to be more cognizant than ever about putting our money in the hands of good people, and we have no doubt McCarthy Honda is one of the best dealerships in town (if not THE best) with GREAT people.
