“All women should go here!!!!I slid on some ice and hit a curb pretty hard. I called and they got me in the same day. They fixed what I thought was wrong, but told me to fix the alignment and a new wheel was 2k, but the alignment was "okay". I decided to take it to the dealership to try and get it covered by warrenty, it was declined but the dealership quoted me 2.5k. I went back to KC autoworks, and the man told me the numbers were off so minimally that if I cant feel a difference I shouldnt do anything about it. For the wheel, he said they can replace it, but that I should go to this other business to see if they can repair it before I decide to replace it to save a litte money. I did, and they repaired my wheel for $215.TLDR: KC autoworks could have 100% had me pay for everything right then, which I was prepared to do, but they explained everything to me so well and helped me find a cheaper option, even though it meant I was giving my business to someone else. If I EVER have a problem in the future, I wont even think twice about going somewhere else. I cannot reccomend them enough, especially to women who are worried about getting one pulled over on them by other body shops. They are so trustworthy and really help you do whats best. I love this place!”

“My heat stopped working, and I made the mistake of taking it to a dealer. The dealer told me my actuator needed to be replaced, quoted me $2,900, and tried to sell me a new car. I looked it up, and an actuator costs around $50-100. I then took it to Value Auto Clinic and they quickly replaced the actuator for $175. Needless to say, I’ll be going to Value Auto Clinic for all my car needs in the future and have already recommended them to other people.”

He identified himself as a mechanic at Cooper Automotive. It was very kind! If this is the quality of employees there, I can only surmise it is a great business.”

“This is how customer service is done!! You drive around, they see you coming, open the door, offer you a water. During the oil change they top off other fluids, explain what they are doing. If you need an air filter or something else there is no pressure, they just offer. In and out in 10 minutes and I stayed in my truck. At the end all the charges are explained in detail. 11/10 experience!”

They ran into a couple of issues, trying to get a bolt out of the area that they needed to get to, to perform the task. Jay, Eric and the entire crew all worked together to get everything taken care of. Super friendly and very dedicated. Great crew all around.”

“I absolutely loved the staff during my experience! I hate myself for not catching the name of who I assume to be the manager (brown hair, brown eyes, mid twenties). He impressed me with his customer service through conversation and the grace he showed when I was embarrassed at the mess in my car. He also took the time to explain what services would benefit me and why, while not trying to sell me unnecessary things. Never in my life would I have thought leaving an oil change would have me thinking to myself, “that was fun.” Moving from Hays, KS to KC, I had not yet found a place for these services that I’ve wanted to claim as my main place, so I’m grateful to have found this one. This is officially my spot, and now will be for my family as well! Hats off to the manager of this location and the efficiency of the staff! I hope this review finds them ❤️?.
