“Update: Changing my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. Despite having a continued issue with a new sensor replaced by Firestone that required me to return 4 times in one week, the staff came through and resolved the problem. The mechanic even replaced the sensor a second time, free of charge, due to the problem persisting. I appreciate that through all of this, the staff was always respectful and responsive. They took my concerns seriously and never tried to oversell me on unnecessary repairs/services.”
