“The young man Erik gave me one of the best experiences I have ever had at At@t. He made th process very easy and was great at explaining things. When I got home I found out there were problems with my phone caused by the backend of AT&T. This was not Erik’s fault at all yet he spent over an hour on the phone with AT&T just to solve my issue. When u got home my phone was working perfectly. I hope it any mangers are reading this I hope he gets specifically recognized.”
