“Absolutely unreal job by these guys. First of all, I called for a quote on a back replacement for my iPhone 14 Pro Max and Derek (sorry if I didn’t spell your name right!) gave me 2-3 different quotes that helped me fit in to my budget.Then, once he ordered and received the part, he called me back to let me know just how delicate the process was going to be and all of the possible outcomes, apparently it’s a bit of a hassle to replace the part. That level of transparency really goes a long way with me.Finally, from the time I dropped off the phone to the time I picked it up was about 5-6 hours total, which I’d say is more than satisfactory.Hands down I recommend Device Pros if you’re looking to go 3rd party repair and save some money, especially if you have an Apple product. Well done guys!”

“Well, in all honesty, there was a younger girl there earlier today who seem to know what she was doing and didn't seem like she was going to have a problem setting me up, but there was a guy there who had this very in-depth problem that didn't have easy solutions or anything so I had to leave and come back later. When I did so, I did get the phone that I was supposed to get, and they did change the number, but they completely forgot to clone the phone and move my accounts and information and email and everything else over to the new phone. So I'll have to go back tomorrow or the next day and try and find the girl who seems to know what she's doing and see if she can do that for me.”

“Great repair on my phone! Most important was customer service! The gentlemen up front was very focused on me even with the other customers that were walking in! He explained how long it would be to get the phone repaired and how much. I waited and was finished in 30 minutes. “Haley helped me upgrade my new phone and transfer all my information from my old phone. Earlier today, I spoke with 3 other Verizon stores, one being a corporate store, and no one seemed to be willing to help me or know how to help. Haley made everything extremely easy and quick. She was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. I currently live in downtown KCMO and will be going out of my way to visit this store moving forward, solely based on my experience with Haley and the rest of their customer service. I work in customer service and this is some of the best service I’ve ever received. Highly recommend this TCC store location!”

“Best place in town with the best prices. I went there to purchase a new phone because my current wasn't charging. Instead the owner, Mujahed cleaned the charge port for free enabling it to charge once more. He saved me lots of money and was very kind and professional. “Diego was friendly, engaging and really took care of our family. I have been an AT&T customer 2004. People like Diego make me want to continue. He was laid back and conversational. I appreciated his eye contact and smile. It was nice to see a Hispanic male. I’d like to see him promoted. The store manager—not so much. You could tell the manager was ALL about the sales. No warmth and when Diego’s device wasn’t working to set up my automatic debit, the manager came over and said something like, “well, when the system goes down it could be a day before it reboots…” No affect and I felt like he didn’t care that I would have to return to the store the next day to set up my automatic debit payments. Diego, on the other hand, was apologetic and immediately pulled out his business card and told me his hours for the next day. Promote people like Diego who actually care about customers. Because of him we added yet another line. We now have 5 lines with AT & T.And another thing: When our home town CHIEFS are playing in a Divisional Playoff game against the Bills—Close the store so your employees can enjoy kickoff. AT&T is a multi-billion dollar company. You can afford to put up a fun sign at the Merriam store that the store will be closing early to help cheer on our team.So, a reward for Diego, a D-minus for the store manager and a bit of kindness for these employees who are working their butts off. The least you can do is authorize pizzas for employees to enjoy at the store while the TVs are tuned to the game.I went back the next day and was warmly greeted by Diego who took care of setting up my automatic debit payments, which will save me money, in less than 10 minutes. I offered him a hot drink from Quik Trip and he smiled and said, “No thank you. Buy a drink for a homeless person.”THAT’S THE AT&T CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT NEEDS TO BE RECOGNIZED!”

You get credits towards a replacement phone it could cost you the same if not more to get the phone replaced depending on who helps you, after two days this one guy was able to help me as long a changed my daughter phone number and she lost all her information”
