In fact, I was looking up the address the other day to send to a group that was asking where to buy a computer. (Here that, Direct Computers? I'm sending you all sorts of business. I'm just saying.) The staff is great, too. I always get helped, but never feel pressured to buy. They're also really good about sticking to my price point and not trying to upsell me.”

The owner was rude, yelled at his employees like they were dumb even though it was him being dumb. Pure criminals there..I have done business's here at Heartland and have always been taken care of and felt appreciated as a customer. “We shop at Micro Center quite often for supplies for our small business. They have a great selection of in stock filament for 3D printing, and so many other home computer equipment options, like monitors, CPUs, and laptops. They have a full variety of keyboards, mice, speakers, cabling, headsets, gaming options etc. If you need something in a hurry, this is the place to go. Their prices are very competitive to what you can find online most of the time, and you have the out of bonus of being able to get it right away. The staff is always knowledgeable and courteous, but be aware during peak times the line can get very long but moves quickly.”
“My best suggestion is to call ahead if you need to speak with an Apple product support person about any Apple product! They’ll make an appointment for you over the phone which can save you the time and frustration of waiting or trying to leave to get things done and hoping you get back on time.We thought we were having technical issues with our Apple TV box. I took the box & remote down to the store on the Plaza. I did have to wait over 1.5 hours for an appointment as a walk-in (definitely call ahead).When I did receive assistance, Nathan and Chris immediately went to work plugging my box into their monitor. It worked right away for them. Instead of just saying “nothing is wrong have a nice day”, they performed troubleshooting to ensure that they didn’t miss anything.I was glad I brought the remote because that was the ultimate problem….easy fix! They showed me how to access the battery charge level by going into a specific place in the Apple settings. Since there’s no indicator light on the remote, we hadn’t known how to check it. We’d been charging it enough to function, but not to the full 100%.To make absolutely certain everything was truly working correctly, they set up a phone appointment with the tech guys for later in the evening. We followed the steps recommended by Chris & Nathan and we were back working like new again. By the time we received the tech call, all was working and we are happy customers with ALL the Apple support we received.~ Thanks again to Nathan & Chris for outstanding customer service and support!”
