Computer Pros restored/repaired the whole thing, in less than a week. Skip the genius bar, and just come straight here next time.”

“B. E. TEK is where we go for help with computers. My husband starting going to them years ago, and I purchased a laptop from them. They transferred the programs and documents and set it up great. I've gone in with some questions recently. While they couldn't fix the issue (lack of support from Microsoft was the culprit), they did offer suggestions to keep me operational, and they didn't charge me for their time and patience. “My best suggestion is to call ahead if you need to speak with an Apple product support person about any Apple product! They’ll make an appointment for you over the phone which can save you the time and frustration of waiting or trying to leave to get things done and hoping you get back on time.We thought we were having technical issues with our Apple TV box. I took the box & remote down to the store on the Plaza. I did have to wait over 1.5 hours for an appointment as a walk-in (definitely call ahead).When I did receive assistance, Nathan and Chris immediately went to work plugging my box into their monitor. It worked right away for them. Instead of just saying “nothing is wrong have a nice day”, they performed troubleshooting to ensure that they didn’t miss anything.I was glad I brought the remote because that was the ultimate problem….easy fix! They showed me how to access the battery charge level by going into a specific place in the Apple settings. Since there’s no indicator light on the remote, we hadn’t known how to check it. We’d been charging it enough to function, but not to the full 100%.To make absolutely certain everything was truly working correctly, they set up a phone appointment with the tech guys for later in the evening. We followed the steps recommended by Chris & Nathan and we were back working like new again. By the time we received the tech call, all was working and we are happy customers with ALL the Apple support we received.~ Thanks again to Nathan & Chris for outstanding customer service and support!”

“Geek Squad can help resolve computer problems. They're reliable, and frankly, if they can't troubleshoot your issue, it may be time to invest in some new hardware. Thankfully, I haven't had to use them a whole lot in the past few years. I don't know how they vet their applicants...I mean, anybody can claim they know how to work on computers...but in my experience they've always got some sharp employees. And that's why I'm not giving them five stars. Because, you see, while most Geek Squad workers have been polite and helpful, don't be surprised if you run across just ONE on staff who appears to believe he's the god of PC's, who can't seem to resist letting you know that you're a mere mortal, and possibly a clueless one at that! Hahaha I think it's not uncommon for those in the computer/tech world to have a superiority complex. But I wouldn't hesitate to recommend using Geek Squad's services to anyone. If you do run across the odd staffer who seems to live to make others feel d**** just ditch him and latch on to another.”

“I don't know what it is about best buy but I personally don't like going to them. When I went though it was a quick time at least. Someone seen I was struggling to locate something and they pointed me in the correct direction. Even told me the secondary place it would be if it wasn't in the first place. (It was) All I purchased was an aux cord and it has been working great so far.”

I will always come here I'm a millennial but I was frustrated with my day I couldn't figure out how to get this file to send workout issues and the staff took time to help me troubleshoot my issue and helped me try many different things until I able to print my label.”
