“Such a wonderful apartment complex! I lived there under old management and when new management took over, and I gotta say the new management is stellar. I noticed how they improved everything and it really made me wish I could stay. They added a cute little dog park, a doggy washing station, Thursday drinks, better doors, instructions on how to get the leasing office, really awesome new blinds in all the apartments, I could go on. I can tell they really care, which I appreciate. Even in one instance where I sent some grumpy emails to April because of some miscommunication on things, April responded back kindly. I can tell they care about the tenants and want to take care of them. That alone is worth living here for. Sad to leave. If you can afford here, I’d say it’s a great place to live!”

Their customer service was great, and i am hard yo impress. I will 100% be back in the future once I sell my house.”

She answered every single question I had (and I had a lot!), always with a positive attitude and clear explanations. She made the whole leasing process so easy and stress-free. You can tell she truly cares about helping people find the right home.”
“I lived here for a year and I gotta say this place was great. Maintenance was the best I ever have seen at an apartment complex extremely fast. Very quick to reply about any noise complaints as well. Pool is very nice and the dwelo stuff was very convenient. When I moved out they paid the whole deposit back and gave us our prorated rent without hesitation this is unheard of for me in a complex they usually try and nickel and dime you on the way out. If i had to list some negatives the gym needs new equipment the parking can be tough to find a spot and neighbors can be noisy and barking dogs you can hear through the walls. But the staff was always taking my noise complaints very seriously and responded very quick. So why did I move out the rent was raised significantly after 1 year and I would not be able to afford the payments anymore. But if you have the income this place is a great choice.”

“Amazing views at one of the tallest residential buildings in the KC Metro area with the highest rooftop pool. I love being able to walk across to concerts just minutes before the show starts. Convenient transit locations to the greater KC area. Great provenance to say you live in a building by the same architect who designed the well-known Gulf+Western Building located at Columbus Circle, NYC.”

“I haved lived in Villa Medici for 3 years and sadly had to leave for work. It is Johnson Counties hidden gem. It's gated, peaceful and safe. Many amenities and perfect location. I'll probably never find another. A true sanctuary. Ask for JJ or Alice and they will take care of you!! Great neighbors at VM too. Everyone looks out for on another.”
“We loved living here and would have renewed had we not bought a house. We are going to miss this place!- Friendly and helpful staff from Haley in the leasing office to Matt and Darren with maintenance, I have no complaints- Very well maintained. Cleaned daily and always smells nice- Small details like free doggy bags/station across the street and treats in the mail area- Felt safe always. It is an advantage to live right on the Kansas side of State Line because if the police are needed they will get there fast. Also it is located right by the police station.- Obviously it is so convenient and nice to be next door to Club Woodside.- Residents are respectful as well10/10 recommend!”

“I love living at Georgetown Apartments. I have lived here several years. The apartments are beautiful and UNIQUE unlike the other cookie cutter complexes.
They have like 100 different floorplans - not exaggerating. You truly feel like your apartment is your own. The grounds are lovely with beautiful, mature trees and they always keep up with the grounds. Maintenance always responds in a timely manner and the office staff are always friendly and helpful. They organize community events like pool parties, karaoke nights, movie nights, etc. My experience with residents has always been friendly. Georgetown has the look and vibe of a little village! It IS old but it has charm and good bones.”
