“We haven’t been here a full week yet, but so far so good! Marisol and Julia in the office have been beyond helpful and we had two maintenance issues that needed to be addressed and were very quickly. Carlos and the other maintenance worker (I missed his name) were very friendly and efficient. We absolutely love the location and being able to walk to the grocery store, the Plaza, 39th Street, and of course Westport. We have been eating almost every meal on our patio, we have given our dogs baths, dipped in the pool, and next week when we are settled in (we are still unpacking), we intend to hit the gym. The extra storage has been so nice (and necessary), and we love having a garage (maybe someday we will be unpacked and can park in it LOL). It has been a rather dramatic downsize for us as new empty-nesters moving from a 3-level 7 bedroom Colonial to a 2 bedroom apartment, but we are loving it so far and can easily imagine staying here for years.”

“Today, I would like to share some very important news about London House Apt. Workers, the maintenance crew, our team of personal members, each of them are so well-trained and professional , they get the job done everytime, in a timely manner for the tenants.The maintenance crew at London House' Apts are the finest workers I know Mark and Kevin. I put a few work orders in that were not emergencies in recently on Monday and a worker responded to what had to be fixed in my apt. on Monday same day. By Tuesday the job was done. Mark came to my door, and he so kindly introduced himself to me. He told me what he came to fix and how he was going to work on it to fix the problem. He smiled most of the while he was in my apt.working. I'm so happy with our maintenance team, thank you guys.

“I've lived at an At Home Apts property for several months now and it has been an excellent experience from the beginning! I'm so lucky that I found this place after months of hunting. For all the perks, the rent is a deal (perhaps one of the few remaining in the kc metro area) - generous square footage, dishwasher, plenty of natural light, free laundry, free wifi, quiet and friendly neighbors, super responsive maintenance team. These apartments were built back when things were made to last, and so well-insulated that my heat hardly ever has to run and my electric bill is always under $30. I'm less than 15 minutes from downtown and I can walk to grocery stores, bars, a coffee shop, etc. Would recommend to anyone!!”

11621 W 118th Terrace, Overland Park“Honeslty these were decent apartments. They were too expensive for what they were, especially the price they wanted to raise our rent to when the lease was up. Nothing fancy but the neighbors are nice enough and the location was good. The best thing about this place is they actually give you your deposit back when you move out which never happens anymore with these big rental companies. Parking is pretty bad for certain buildings and it seemed like someone was always leaf blowing outside which was annoying. Overall though I liked living here.”
“We loved living here and would have renewed had we not bought a house. We are going to miss this place!- Friendly and helpful staff from Haley in the leasing office to Matt and Darren with maintenance, I have no complaints- Very well maintained. Cleaned daily and always smells nice- Small details like free doggy bags/station across the street and treats in the mail area- Felt safe always. It is an advantage to live right on the Kansas side of State Line because if the police are needed they will get there fast. Also it is located right by the police station.- Obviously it is so convenient and nice to be next door to Club Woodside.- Residents are respectful as well10/10 recommend!”

Been here 7 and a half years and I've never felt so at home in an apartment complex. The staff here is beyond incredible and if you pay attention you can tell how hard the veteran staff here has worked to uphold the high standards they must keep to make this place as safe and wonderful as it needs to be. Cindy and Julia have been an amazing support to me and my girls and treat us like family. They have rooted for and supported me through so many ups and downs and been a huge support during major hardships in our lives. We are so thankful to them as we got everything put together just in time.There are a few things here and there that just come with living in an older complex, and a few things in the units could stand to be updated, but the community is nice, all of our favorite places can be reached just by taking 91st street, our neighbors are almost all friendly and I also really appreciate that our townhome is fairly soundproofed. Much better than our old complex where I could hear almost everything from our neighbors.Also really enjoy all of the storage the townhome comes with, hall closets on each floor, his and her closets in the main bedroom, plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen and bathrooms plus a basement.”

“Resort style livingThe Kessler is a wonderful place to live if you prefer resort style living. Unfortunately, it just wasn't for us. Jamee, the property manager and James are very dedicated and attentive to residents needs. Jamee generally responds back to emails within the same day providing assistance, she's a very good manager.The Kessler is a resort style apartment complex that offers many amenities. The maintenance crew is excellent and responds/fulfills same day maintenance requests.Our 2 bedroom corner apartment has a very large balcony that functions as a year around seasonal room for us. This is an excellent feature if you enjoy being outdoors. In addition, the appliances are top of the line.Give the Kessler a look if you are wanting an upgrade in apartment living. The resort style is pretty amazing.”
