I'm very disappointed they claim to be "pet friendly," yet when I brought my service dog, we were told to move out within 3 months. Bad experience, in my opinion - it would be okay if you were 70+ with no pets.

I moved to 106 on November 11. My impressions have been very positive. The building is well maintained. The managers are unfailingly cheerful and knowledgeable of details. The maintenance crew is superb.
