Scheduled and paid for Covid test on line. Got to pharmacy and had to wait 30 minutes in our car. Sent home without test bc software issues. Pharmacist was rude. Horrible experience

Cashier was super annoyed that I missed the self checkout kiosk and went to the counter for service.Doing her a solid and reminding everyone they have self checkout.

When I asked a pharmacist if they carried an Over The Counter med I couldn't find, I was told to ask the cashier up front because the pharmacy doesn't know anything about the OTC/health section of the store ?
