“The best Medical center ever. All of the nurses are amazing, and efficient at what they do. I’ve gone to Dr.Bruner for years and he never fails and always tells you how it is! With them having a lab in the same building it makes it easy to get everything done in one visit. My favorite part of Watkins are the workers at the Pharmacy. They treat me like family, and always get my medication out in good time. Also recommend asking them about their riddles.”

“Great grocery store to find exotic plants at a cheaper price than other plant related stores. Recently they got in some gems. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because some prices ring up differently compared to what is priced by the item. Otherwise, prices are decent. Produce are fresh and plenty to choose from. I like coming to this location when I'm in Lawrence.”

“I know we no longer have plastic but if we are only having paper could handles be put on the paper bags? The sacker put bottles in two paper bags onlong with other products. They were very heavy and there was no where to grab the bag thus ripping up the bag.Maybe some thought could be put into this especially with many elderly and handicapped people.”

“I really love this pharmacy, actually me and my husband do. They always treat us so nice and we see them a lot because I take a lot of medicine and we live so close we walk there. They have never treated us less than friendly. I can go up there or call for any questions I have and they are more helpful than not only my doctors but any pharmacy I've ever used. Usually people in recovery don't always get treated as equal or nice for whatever reasons, but the ladies here are exceptionally different and make me feel better about myself. I feel comfortable asking them anything and have a lot of respect for them as pharmacist and people in general.”

“I had a wonderful employee help me this morning. Normally when it says my insurance denies coverage for medication, workers just get frustrated and ask me to pay full price instead of taking an extra minute to look it over again (because that’s typically the case). This usually happens at every pharmacy I go to. But today the employee took extra time to look over insurance information again and then find a coupon as well to help me get a reasonable price for my medication. This is my only positive experience with a pharmacy since I started taking medications 10+ years ago. I wish I could get this employee every time. I’m normally exhausted from anxiety about being able to afford healthcare so it was just a blessing to have someone nice at the pharmacy for once. They deserve recognition.”

“My family came in to get our Covid and flu vaccines and my youngest (5) was terrified of getting her shots. Bart, the gentleman who administered our shots, was so patient and kind while we both tried to calm her down enough to get the shots. It took nearly 25 minutes and while I was losing my patience with my daughter, he was calm and showed no signs of frustration. Unfortunately we needed another employees help to get it done, but she was also very kind and understanding.”
