The new phone system is HORRIBLE. I used to give my RX number because I share a birthday with someone. Now I can’t refill my medicine because that person doesn’t have any medicine to fill. I DO. I can’t speak to a person without the bot hanging up. I AM SEVERELY DISAPPOINTED

They don't take blue cross blue shield. One of the largest if not the largest insurers in the state. What an absolute waste of time. Now I'm stuck without meds while I get them transferred to literally anyone else as everyone else has zero issues with blue cross.
