He goes out of his way with every customer he gets in his store to ensure they are absolutely satisfied and happy with what their issue or purchase was. 10/10 would come to this particular store or any store he's at to get service even if I'm another city or state away.”

“Valor at the AT&T store was so kind and helpful and got me good deal with a phone that I never thought I could afford. My grandson is very jealous lol Valor was such a kind and informative gentleman. He made me feel like I was special and not just a number but a valued customer. My experience was quick and not like the horrible experience I had 3 years ago where there was fraud within your company from ordering online. I will just go to your store and leave happy not upset about 11 hours in 2 days and your fraud department. Although I do not agree with some of Spectrums policies, the customer service rep was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable about the policies. It was great to have such a good, in-person experience!
