We encountered a lot of hiccups with the system and it took a long time to fix, but Devon handled everything beautifully and was so kind, courteous, and respectful along the way. We bounced so many numbers at him trying to figure out costs including suddenly adding another person into the plan, and he was extremely adaptable and efficient. He made the process as smooth as he could given the circumstances and overall provided a level of service that I haven’t experienced in a long time, especially at a place like a phone store. I sincerely hope he gets some sort of recognition for being professional, personable, adaptable, and an expert in his field.”

Cash (at times, dangerous to keep that around), checks, loading onto a prepaid card they have, and others. Several ways to meet one's needs, just ask for your preference. Worth a stop if in need and better than other options imho.”
“I typically dread going into the cell phone store bc whatever issue or question I have, it always seems to end up with me paying more money and not being satisfied. Well that streak ended recently when I went to the US Cellular store on valley west drive in West Des Moines. The gentleman that took care of me was named Wya Lukery. He was professional, courteous and most importantly he was efficient in handling my issue and resolving it quickly. I walked out with a new phone since I broke mine with no insurance and a case for $32 owned outright. I'm a prepaid customer so this wasn't with a new 2 yr contract. This was a huge discount and I'm so appreciative of him for helping me out. Make sure you ask for him next time you stop in
