“Customer service is so important these days and when I have an experience where customer service goes above and beyond to please; to mention it so others can enjoy their service. It is rare but is common practice at a bank in Wes Des Moines, Iowa called "Bank". The "Bank" branch manager is Meredith Moore, who goes to all ends to make our experience the Bank is a hidden Diamond. It doesn't matter where you live as I live in NV.Check them out as they have incredible services as well as "People". Ask for Meredith and tell them Jan sent you.”

“I have been very satisfied with our service at Midwest Heritage Bank. We have personal and business accounts as well as personal and business insurance with them and they have always gone out of their way to help me get things set up, answer questions. I don't know how business owners can work with big banks and get things done.
