“Drive thru has 3 lanes and they are very quick for deposits, if you have card reqdy, everything digital so I feel they are environmentally friendly. Service was quick and friendly. I do wish they had an ATM that accepted cash/check deposits. Their mobile app is pretty convenient and quick to load too.”

“I'm giving 5 stars to the Clive locations, and 10 stars to ANN, my account was over drafted big time due to me using my debit card for an emergency and unfortunately the emergency amount came out before my bills, leading to overdraft fees and a huge negative balance, Ann took the time to listen to my issues and took the time to reach out to someone who then reversed a couple of my OD fees, it might not seem special to some people, but to me her Customer service was superb! I've delt with some unhappy reps at a different location, so her willingness to help was much appreciated! Thank you, Ann!!!”
