“Nick Hullermann is a Fantastic Personal Banker at US Bank Retail banking is changing and there are many of us who do not like all the changes. But, since many of us are not comfortable with all the fancy online and automatic banking, we still seek help from retail bankers. You know these guys?! Most of them just want to sell you their products, whether you need or want them or not. I will not mention some retail banks that are notorious for that. But, my new family and I found a real professional retail banker at the US Bank. My family and I stopped by a nearby US Bank to ask a few quick questions, but we ended up getting a lot of good answers and advices from a fantastic banker – Mr. Nick Hullerman. He reminded us of the good old days when retail bankers were real professionals and really cared about offering professional services. If you are not happy with your bank, you must go see Mr. Nick Hullerman at US Bank in Des Moines or in Urbandale. “I went right around the time the bank opened, due to it being a Friday. I was nervous because of all of the reviews. I was in and out in about 5 mins, 2 people ahead of me in line. Tellers were very friendly. While I was waiting in line an office employee came out to see if he could help me. Overall a positive experience for me.Parking lot was cramped and with people parking poorly, finding a spot wasn't great. That's why it wasn't a 5 star experience.”
