“I have been here for a year and a half or so and have had a pretty great experience so far. Work orders have been completed quickly, the office has been responsive and the apartments are pretty great for the price. I recently had a minor parking misunderstanding, which the office handled super quickly with a high degree of professionalism.”
“Update: Simply editing to remind this property and their staff how amazing they are! Eastwood is redoing their parking lot because they absolutely value improving property at all given chances and while I had a bit of trouble relocating my vehicle, the property manager and maintenance men went out of their way to assist me. I cannot express my gratitude enough. 12/10 would recommend this property!
Honestly, I really do love living at Eastwood. Sarah, Cheyenne (I hope I spelled her name correctly), Jobe and the other office staff are always so pleasant and so helpful. I am the type of person who hates to call and bother, but they never make me feel bad for having questions. Garrett and the maintenance team have been fantastic! I don't have many repair requests, but when I do Garrett is always quick to help and incredibly efficient in his work. I am so grateful for such a great team!”

“I've been here a year and haven't had any issues with angel, the management or maintenance. Any concerns I have with the apartment, they always handle them in a timely manner. As far as angel and all the bad reviews, I think people should cut her some slack, it takes alot to run several properties for 1 and 2 she can't control her tentants disturbing habits. If you can't clean up behind your self and your kids than you shouldn't want to live at the property anyway. Anyone shouldn't get mad at management for enforcing the rules. As for me I keep my place pretty clean so I have never had any pest issues, I can't speak for anyone else. But best of luck to Angel and to anyone wanting to rent in there future. I had a great overall experience and management has always been very patient and understanding.”

“The apartment and facility is lovely and comfortable. Minor fixes like toilet and blinds needed. Staff are friendly. Disappointed experiencing marijuana use which makes us sick. Hopefully will be addressed quickly. It is a no smoking complex. Very friendly tenants.”
