“I've been living in Des Moines for about a year now. Moving from Tennessee into another state was a scary and big move, but Susie made the entire process easy and painless( as much is possible for somebody new to Iowa.) She worked with me on any and every problem I've had and I cannot thank her enough for her genuine kindness and patience. She is always going out of her way to help us residents, taking on what seems like an overwhelming amount of people and bringing us into the family that is the westpointe apartments. She is often seen running around the entire property, helping residents from every building. Every day, she comes to work with a wonderful attitude and cheers us up even if we've had bad days. I know Susie will always listen to me if I come to her. She does anything and everything in her power to help those of us in need get apartments here. Susie is the glue that holds your team together, and I don't know what we would do without her.We all see your effort and care for us residents.Thank you so much, Susie.I'm proud to call West Pointe my home because of all you have done for me ❤️”

“I have been living here for going on 3 years and it’s had its ups and down and I can lay out the pros and cons but overall any problem I have had has been accommodated to and I was going through a hard time and they worked with me and understood. Unfortunately I think I will be departing soon but overall it was a good time.”
