If I could give a lower rating I would!!! They have roaches!!!! The apartment manager is so rude! When you move in things are broken!!!! There are always police here.. bad kids running the parking lot.. worst place ever to live.

I've lived at a few of Conlin's properties before and this is the best complex that I have ever lived at! They always get my maintenance requests done in a timely manor and it stays fixed after they come in! Great family environment! I highly recommend living at Chapel Ridge West!

I really enjoy living here. The staff is friendly and professional. The grounds are lovely and clean. There are AWESOME programs for kids especially in the summer. A SAFE PLACE MY FAMILY CAN CALL HOME!
